Our commitment to fair and transparent billing practices.

1. Website Setup Fee Refunds

The one-time $500 website creation fee is refundable only if development has not started. Once our team begins work on your website (typically within 24-48 hours after payment), the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

  • Full refund if requested before development begins
  • No refund if development has already started
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the billing date if no services have been rendered during that billing period.

  • Refund window: 7 days from billing date
  • Must submit refund request within 7 days of charge
  • Only applicable if no hosting services were provided
  • After 7 days, no refunds are available for that billing cycle

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension
  • Chargebacks without prior communication may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to contest disputed charges

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Content updates do not qualify as a separate service for partial refunds
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable
